Description
Cheel Jappata is a traditional Indian game that is played in teams. The game is played in a large open area, and the objective of the game is to catch all of the members of the opposing team. One person is designated as the “cheel” (eagle), and the rest of the players are the “jappatas” (sparrows). The cheel tries to catch the jappatas, and the jappatas try to avoid being caught.
