Vulnerability Exchange is a powerful game for building trust and strengthening relationships. Players take turns sharing something they’ve always wanted to tell each other but haven’t. This creates a safe space for vulnerability and deepens emotional intimacy. It’s a great way to learn more about each other and connect on a deeper level.

What You’ll Need
- A quiet and comfortable space
- An open mind and a willingness to be vulnerable

Gameplay
- Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted.
- Decide who will go first.
- The first player shares something they’ve always wanted to tell the other player but haven’t.
- The other player listens attentively and without judgment.
- After the first player has finished sharing, the other player can ask clarifying questions or offer support.
- Then, the second player takes their turn to share.
- Continue taking turns sharing until both players feel they have shared what they wanted to.
Winning Criteria: There is no winner in this game.
The goal is to build trust and deepen connection.
Estimated Playtime: 30 minutes to 1 hour,
depending on the depth of the shares.

- Set a theme for each round, such as childhood memories, fears, or dreams.
- Use prompts to help spark conversation if you’re having trouble coming up with things to share.
- Write down your shares beforehand if you’re feeling nervous.
