      • Preparation:

        • Fill your water balloons with clean tap water and tie them securely.
        • Divide players into equal teams with the same number of players on each team.
        • Set up the relay race course. This can be a simple straight line or incorporate turns and obstacles. Mark the starting and finishing lines for each team.
        • Place a bucket or bin filled with water balloons at the halfway point for each team.
      • Relay Race:

        • Players line up behind their team’s starting line.
        • On a signal (e.g., whistle blow), the first player from each team races towards their team’s bucket at the halfway point.
      • Transport the Balloon:

        • The objective is to grab a water balloon from the bucket and race back to their team line. Here’s where the challenge comes in:
          • Players can carry the water balloon in their hand (be careful not to drop it!).
          • For an extra challenge, you can use spoons to hold and transport the water balloon.
      • Tag and Continue:

        • Once the player reaches their team line, they tag the next player in line who then repeats the process.
      • Fill the Bucket:

        • The goal is for each team to transport all their water balloons from the halfway point bucket to the empty bucket at their team line.
      • First to Finish Wins:

        • The first team to have all their players successfully transport a water balloon and fill their designated bucket at their team line wins the relay race!
